  • Pets Welcome: Upon approval
  • Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per household
  • Weight Limit: Usually capped between 25 lbs and 35 lbs depending on the specific property
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet
  • Pet Fees: $200 refundable deposit and $200 non-refundable fee per pet
  • Restrictions: Subject to management approval and standard aggressive breed restrictions
